This basic shoe fits the bill and has a nice solid sole. I typically wear size 12 and, on a rare occasion, an 11.5 and I ordered a size 11. They are a nice snug fit with my toes right up at the front, which is how I think they should fit. I dont want room for my foot to move once I get in the water. They seem to be of the same quality as my wifes speedo water shoes and I think I'll get some good use out of them. They were extremely comfortable to wear around the resort/pool, on the beach, as well as in the ocean where some places got a little rocky. The shoes hold up well and I would expect them to last for awhile. I normally wear a men's 10.5 sandal or dress shoe (11 in athletic shoes) so, based on the other reviews, I wound up ordering a size 10 in this water shoe. They fit perfectly...comfortable while dry to walk around and stays snug while in the water. Overall, they are great water shoes and I'll purchase again if/when the ones I have wear out. |
